Atlas Transformers USA serves as the dedicated U.S. arm of the NJ Group. We were established to close the gap between international manufacturing potential and American infrastructure needs.
We are not a third-party supplier; we are part of a vertically integrated family of companies with businesses spanning Transformers, CRGO Laminations and Cores, Nanocrystalline Cores, Radiators, and Conductors—including a publicly listed company and one of India’s largest laminated core producers. This umbrella includes Atlas Transformers (Transformer Manufacturing), Vilas Transcore (Core Production), NanoCryst Transcore (Nanocrystalline Cores), and Atlas Composites (Advanced Composite Solutions). By operating as a direct division rather than a distributor, we offer our U.S. clients total transparency, direct factory accountability, and a supply chain that is fully within our control.

Our mission is simple: to dismantle the barriers in the U.S. power market and normalize faster lead times for custom power assets. We are here to support contractors, OEMs, and EPCs who are tired of 1+ year waits, and supply them transformers and transformer component products at exceptionally competitive pricing and shorter lead times - without force a compromise between "fast," "quality," and "affordable." We aim to combine the NJ Group's massive production capacity with a project-based sourcing model that offers warehousing and stocking options right here in the United States.

While our manufacturing roots are global, our experience is local. We bring proven North American experience to the U.S. market. Through our partner company in Canada, we have successfully deployed hundreds of transformer units across the Canadian grid, alongside select installations already powering U.S. sites, proving our technology’s compatibility with U.S. infrastructure standards. Moreover, we've also exported transformer components like CRGO cores, cut-to-size laminations, and radiators to the Canadian markets.
This is not a "new" product; it is a battle-tested solution now available directly to U.S. contractors and utilities.

Through our group company, Vilas Transcore, we control the production of the most critical components in any transformer: the core, the radiator, and the conductor.

We do not simply export standard "off-the-shelf" units; we manufacture specifically for the U.S. grid. Our facilities operate under strict quality management systems to ensure seamless integration at your site. All products are manufactured in our ISO-certified facilities and are fully compliant with UL and CSA standards. We back every unit with comprehensive factory acceptance testing (FAT) to ensures they meet DOE efficiency standards before it ever boards a vessel.
