Cores produced in a form of vertical/horizontal step-lap, overlap, 45 degrees, with or without hole from various qualities of electrical steel up to 1000 mm width.

Core Assembly

Stacked laminations assembled and clamped together using mechanical pressure to ensure firm contact & minimize gaps between laminations.

Wound Cores

Inner core mandrels are inserted into circular cores, and correct shape is achieved by hydraulic jacks. These formed wound cores are annealed in an inert environment which ensures that the original characteristic of the magnetic steel are retained.
